Neighboring Town of Suisun:

-Suisun’s yacht harbor and interesting historic houses date from the late 1800's.

-Suisun is known for its free summer music festivals. It’s jazz musicians are excellent.

-Suisun history dates back to the gold rush days when it served as a main rail road stop. The ambiance is more relaxed and spacious than the inner bay area. People are quite friendly.

Protected Natural Areas Within 5 Minutes Drive:

Rockville Hills Park in the rustic hills to the west off Rockville Rd. There is also a wide width of park land a few blocks from the building serving as an exercise path. The office building is four blocks from the famous Northern California vineyards.

Pacific Ocean:

The Pacific Ocean’s rugged shoreline is about 75 minutes west. You can drive along the ocean all the way to Canada.

Lake Tahoe:

The top of the Sierra mountains, somewhat comparable to Europe’s Alps is a two and half hour drive east. An additional thirty minutes east is the huge Lake Tahoe high in the Sierra mountains, which affords summer hiking and sailing, and winter skiing, and casinos year round.

University of California at Berkeley:

The Bay Area has two of America’s three top engineering schools. U.C. Berkeley a was rated first in electronics and communications with Stanford third. Overall as an engineering school Stanford was rated second, and U.C. Berkeley third in the U.S. Berkeley home to many diverse intellectuals from world-wide is 25 minutes drive.
